Service Description

Working out in the sunshine can be more fun—and more challenging too, as you power through drills outdoors. Each class is 30-35 minutes long. Between squats and planks, this 4-week program leads boot campers on scenic views of the area. Expect high-intensity cardio, strength and core training with a light cool down. NEW VIRTUAL Z2Z FITNESS outdoor Bootcamp classes are coming back! Stay tuned for details this summer 2022. Join our virtual Z2Z Fitness Family and get your sweat on via private group. Not able to workout real time. No Problem! You will receive the direct link and have full access to view pre-recorded workout training session(s) once you are fully registered online. Location: Due to Covid-19 and social distancing, we will not be hosting our regular bootcamp classes in a group setting. You will have the freedom of joining us in the comforts of your own backyard or any open field with grass. How To Register: Registration is $12.00/class. *You Must register no later than 24 hours in advance for this class. Payment: Online. Equipment: No equipment is required for this 4-week program.
